We value your feedback! As a result of that, we've posted Next Generation Sequencing pricing on the website. Please note we won't have this available until we finish our validation (targeting July/August for that, we'll keep you updated).
We've also simplified the pricing structure significantly as suggested. Please let us know what you think and if we can do anything to make things more clear.
I believe that you'll find that our pricing is competitive with most forensic and molecular biology laboratories and with more grants and donations, we should be able to lower that even further in the future. We have a scheduled look at costs on July 1 and we'll keep you updated on our funding, grant applications and donations.
